The Necropsy extension is used to record detailed necropsy reports done in-house. If an off-site necropsy report is completed, and is sent digitally to your facility you can do one of two things. You can transcribe the information into the extension or upload it into the attachment extension. The benefit of transcription is that you can then search the results.
When the Necropsy extension is activated it will show up as one of the main tabs on top of the screen. After clicking on the Necropsy link, you will see a form for you to fill in your necropsy results. Enter the date and any significant findings in the appropriate fields.
